Artisan Ice Cream

We make delicious ice cream the old fashion way – using traditional ingredients and in small batches.

We love to use local ingredients – from our whole milk and double cream, to hand prepared fresh seasonal fruit from the Wye Valley and flower honey for such wonderful flavours.

Forest & Wye 4For something that’s very different – our adults only Truly Alcoholic ice creams and sorbets are made using premium spirits and liqueurs.

We only use natural ingredients with no artificial flavours, preservatives or additives. We make our own crumble and shortbread pieces too – all from our very own kitchen.
Made in St. Briavels next to the historic castle and overlooking the beautiful Wye Valley.
All this makes for a truly premium artisan ice cream – local and delicious.

Available in pots from ‘The Pantry’ in St.Briavels and a growing number of places. We’re delighted to feature on the menus of a number of restaurants who share our passion for amazing local food.
