Thursday 23 March 2017, 14.00 to 16.00 at The Chase Hotel, Ross-on-Wye
This was the first time that we have held a meeting in the Chase Hotel and it was a great success with over 100 people attending, the most we have ever had at a meeting. The meeting had two strands:
- An attractions and activities showcase event, enabling our visitor attractions and activities to have a stand/display and to talk to accommodation providers and other tourism business members about their offer and plans for 2017.
- It was also our Annual General Meeting.
Twenty different members had stands to promote their attractions including two where members could try their skill at archery.
The AGM followed the usual format with the Chairman’s Report and Treasurer’s Report which can be down loaded. A new board of directors was elected although there was no actual election as 11 members were standing for 11 places. The minutes of the meeting can be downloaded.
