Fiona Wilton explained the Association objectives for World Host customer service awards and how members can achieve them. Fiona also explained how her business, Monmouthshire Cottages, won the Gold award for offering the Best Visitor Welcome in Wales in the National Tourism Awards. Download Fiona’s presentation.

We also had the opportunity to meet our new PR agency, Inside Media, who outlined some of their ideas for promoting the area.
